By leveraging its overseas offices and industry partnerships, JETRO aims to strengthen B-to-B support and foster collaboration. In India, JETRO seeks to promote Japanese content while increasing awareness of the Indian market among Japanese companies through business development initiatives and expanded networks with Indian stakeholders.

Subimal Bhattacharjee

Subimal Bhattacharjee is an India-based policy adviser on cyber and technology issues, a film producer, and a director. He is Treasurer and Head of Critical & Emerging Technology at SHARE, a Guwahati-based think tank, and a collaborator at Ostrom Workshop, Indiana University. A former Country Head at General Dynamics India, he is a columnist for The Indian Express, The Economic Times, and The Quint, with 800+ publications and 500+ TV appearances. Passionate about documentaries, he has produced Memories of a Forgotten War (2016) and Netaji @125 (2022).

Sukamal Deb is a retired Police Communication Officer of Tripura Police with nearly 40 years of service. Has 30 years of expertise in managing HF, VHF, UHF, and Data networks. Actively involved with Tripura HAM Radio Club, he trains aspiring Amateur Radio Operators. A passionate cultural enthusiast, he engages in drama, recitation, anchoring, and documentation.

Vikramjit Roy is a media and entertainment leader with 30+ years of experience in building sustainable ecosystems. He has led key initiatives at Sony Pictures India, NFDC, and the Film Facilitation Office (FFO), launching the “Film in India” campaign. As an executive producer, he has backed acclaimed films like The Lunchbox and Qissa. Honored at IFFSA Toronto 2016, he now focuses on empowering emerging industry leaders.
