An honest Sub Inspector, Wangamba is appointed at the Imphal West police station. His innocence and honesty sets him against the whole department . His superior, Superintendent of Police as well as his subordinates despise him for his inflexible integrity. He gets entangled in a trap when he tries to solve a murder of his journalist friend , Bobby. As he tries to solve the case he begins to unvield the nexus of illegal drug trafficking syndicate that runs from top to bottom of the system. Wangamba has to sacrifice everything, even his loved ones to bring about a change in system.
